PL3 Permission Fix v1.0 helps fix improper file permissions caused by using PL3 on your PS3. Many users have faced issues with installing and running backups due to a bug in PL3 that affects file permissions. Here’s how I avoid black screen freezes and disc read errors: The app will scan your hard drive and fix the permission errors caused by PL3. After installing a game backup, I use this method every time. If you install 5 games at once, you only need to run the app once, and it will fix all 5 games across the entire drive.
