Installation Instructions

For PS3 with HEN (Homebrew ENabler)

1. Prepare the Console: Ensure HEN is enabled on your PS3.
2. Download the Package: Get the latest blackb0x FTP Server (v1.2) package file.
3. Transfer to PS3:
   • Use a USB drive formatted to FAT32.
   • Copy the PKG file to the root of the drive.
4. Install:
   • Navigate to Package Manager > Install Package Files > Standard on your PS3.
   • Select the blackb0x FTP Server package and install it.
5. Run the App:
   • Launch blackb0x FTP Server from the XMB menu.
   • Note the IP address displayed on the screen.

For PS3 with CFW (Custom Firmware)

1. Download the Package: As above, ensure you have the latest blackb0x FTP Server package file.
2. Transfer and Install:
   • Use a USB drive or transfer via an FTP client if your CFW has FTP capabilities.
   • Follow the same installation steps as HEN users.
3. Launch and Connect:
   • Start blackb0x FTP Server and note the displayed IP address.

Connecting via FTP Client

1. Choose an FTP Client:
   • Recommended options: FileZilla, FlashFXP, CuteFTP, or WinSCP.
2. Setup Connection:
   • Host: Your PS3’s IP address (as displayed in blackb0x FTP Server).
   • Port: 21
   • Username/Password: Leave blank.
3. Start File Transfer:
   • Initiate the connection and begin transferring files seamlessly.
