reActPSN – Backup launcher and OFFLINE PSN license generator

reActPSN is a backup launcher and OFFLINE PSN license generator. This tool lets you backup and restore the licenses of your games without any private information. It can fix selfs and edats, and convert PS2 ISOs to PS2 Classics.

Basic Function

Create a user and run reActPSN to generate PSN licenses from USB/exdata.

Button Controls

• [L1] Reinstall RAPs & EDATs from USB0/exdata or USB1/exdata folder.
• [L2] Backup RAPs & EDATs to USB/reActPSN/pubPSN/rapxxxedatxxx.zip.
• [R1] Backup reg & rif & edat to USB/reActPSN/BKxxxx.zip.
• [R2] Backup full fixed NPD files to /USB/reActPSN/FixedPSN.
• [O] Fix PSone/PSPminis/THEME & generate C00 activation edat license.
• [X] Batch install PS2 ISO from USB or HDD/PS2ISO. Same as PSN PKG install.
• [∆] Fix PSN retail to free. Stage 1: Fix all eboot and start hook, Stage 2: Fix sprx edat etc.
• [□] Batch make BD games loader PKG from GAMES & GAMEZ, output PKG to HDD0/packages or USB/.
• [∆+R2] Fix PSN and make all NPD FIX PKG to USB/. Same as PSN crack patch.

BDloader Functions

• Install and run any BDloader after one KEY 18 seconds, play BD games.
• [∆] BD games unloader.
• [□] Batch make BD games loader PKG from GAMES & GAMEZ, output PKG to HDD0/packages or USB/.
• [L1] Forced downgrade this backup game and patch from 4.20+ to 4.20. Don’t forget to install bubble PKG.
• [LEFT] Delete current user’s all games trophies.

BDselector Functions

• Run reActPSN or BDloader, use last BD icon to change mount games from XMB.

How to Use:

• 1. Play BD backup games with BDdirectboot, supported CFW4.30 to CFW4.53. Run reActPSN, 9 BD icons (7 last played games, 1 hdd0 new game, 1 USB new game) will be added.
• 2. Play BD backup games with BDselector, supported CFW4.21 to CFW4.53. Run reActPSN or BDloader, use last BD icon to change mount Games from XMB.
• 3. Play BD backup games with BDloader by holding SQUARE to make all BDloader PKGs.
• 4. Flawlessly play all PSN contents. (Download psnstuff v1.82, download PSN contents, and store RAP & EDAT files.)
• 5. Play C00 type PSN games without RAP & EDAT. Press [O] to activate it to full game.
• 6. Share your RAPs to others like psnstuff, [L1] will help you.
• 7. Share your PSN crack patch to others.
• 8. Flawlessly install PS2 ISO. (Requires CFW>4.20 and has installed any RAP.)
• 9. DANGEROUS FUNCTION!!! Do not try it if you cannot fix a bricked PS3.

Installing Instruction:

CFW :

1. Download the .pkg file.
2. Transfer the reActPSN .pkg file to a USB drive in the root directory (ensure the USB drive is formatted in FAT32 or exFAT).
3. Insert the USB drive into one of the PS3’s USB ports.
4. Turn on your PS3 and navigate to the XMB (cross-media bar).
5. Go to the ‘Install Package Files’ menu under the ‘Game’ tab on the XMB. This option is available if you’re running a compatible CFW.
6. Select the package to begin the installation.
7. Wait for the installation to complete. Once installed, you will find the reActPSN icon under the ‘Game’ tab in XMB.
8. Run reActPSN by selecting the icon from the XMB and follow the on-screen instructions to generate PSN licenses and use the tool.

HEN :

1. Download the .pkg file.
2. Transfer the reActPSN .pkg file to a USB drive and place it in the root directory (ensure the USB drive is formatted in FAT32 or exFAT).
3. Insert the USB drive into the PS3’s USB port.
4. Power on your PS3 and navigate to the XMB.
5. Enable HEN if it’s not already active, by running the HEN enabler.
6. Go to the ‘Install Package Files’ menu under the ‘Game’ tab on the XMB (this will be visible when HEN is enabled).
7. Select the package to begin the installation process.
8. Wait for the installation to finish. Once done, you should see the reActPSN icon in the ‘Game’ tab.
9. Run reActPSN by selecting its icon and following the on-screen instructions for using the tool to generate PSN licenses.

Important Notice: To avoid errors during installation, make sure that your PS3 is running a compatible version of either CFW or HEN, and that dev_blind is mounted if necessary.
