Important Installation Note:
Ensure that your PS3 is compatible with the required firmware to install Solar v4.2. Follow the usual process to install the .PKG file and enjoy the enhanced features!
Installing Instruction :
- For CFW :
- Make sure your PS3 is running a compatible version of Custom Firmware (CFW).
- Mount dev_blind before installation to avoid installation errors.
- simply install the Solar v4.2 .PKG file through the normal package manager.
- For HEN :
- Ensure you’re using a version of HEN that supports homebrew applications.
- Like the CFW process, you will need to mount dev_blind to avoid errors.
- After mounting dev_blind, proceed to install Solar v4.2 .PKG via the homebrew package manager.
Once installed, you can enjoy the updated features like the 3D engine overhaul, memory and FPS counters, and many more enhancements!
